Get to know Victoria

  • I was drawn to Happy Apple because of its commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care that values both personal growth and relational well-being. The practice’s mission aligns with my own philosophy of supporting individuals, couples, and families in a safe, welcoming environment where healing and transformation can take place. I felt that Happy Apple offered not only a professional home for my work but also a community that reflects the warmth, authenticity, and integrity I strive to bring into every client relationship.

  • My style is warm, collaborative, and faith-centered, with an emphasis on meeting clients where they are. I create a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can feel heard and understood, while also being gently challenged to grow. I blend biblical principles with practical tools from marriage and family therapy, coaching, and wellness practices, so clients not only gain insight but also leave with strategies they can apply in daily life. My approach is holistic—I consider the spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical aspects of well-being—while always tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs and goals.

  • One concept I often explain is the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—how renewing the mind and creating new thought patterns (neuroplasticity) can bring lasting emotional and relational change. I remind clients that with faith and practical tools, transformation from the inside out is possible.

  • On my nightstand right now is Unlock Your Deliverance by Apostle Kathryn Krick, and in my podcast queue I often listen to Revival Is Now, which continues to encourage and strengthen my faith.

  • One unforgettable New York moment for me was walking through Times Square during the holidays, surrounded by lights, music, and people from all walks of life. It reminded me of the beauty of diversity and the unique energy that only New York can bring.

  • It’s completely normal to feel hesitant, but therapy is a safe place to be heard, supported, and encouraged. You don’t have to walk through challenges alone—taking the first step can open the door to healing and new possibilities.
