My goal is never to give advice, but to guide you with the right questions and reflection so that you feel confident and empowered owning your own solid choices. My practice is rooted in intention, so we will create goals together and reflect often so you can see your own progress. We can also observe what isn't working, while honoring YOU with compassion.
-
The most rewarding part of my work is when a client is excited to share a life update or come into therapy and share how they have noticed their own progress!

To recharge after a full day, I love to take my french bulldog, Reggie, around the neighborhood for a walk. He keeps me curious and present. We also love to go to our favorite neighborhood bar to watch football on Sundays!

An unforgettable New York moment includes crying on the subway, it's like a right of passage as a New Yorker. Strangers show you compassion and it shows the humanness of the city.

I often say that therapy is like a new skincare routine - sometimes things may get a little worse before they get better as things surface, but once the ingredients start working together, you will have results that you notice and a new glow to go with it.
