Alyssa also draws upon her extensive training and experience in mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (MBCBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Having worked with a diverse clientele in a range of settings, including hospitals, substance-abuse treatment centers, and schools, she has honed these skills to help her clients manage anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body image issues as well as substance abuse concerns.
